工业CT技术检测喷管扩散段绝热层坯料的缺陷

摘要

采用工业CT技术对复合材料布带缠绕的喷管扩散段绝热层坯料内部缺陷进行了检测,通过工业CT密度值、密度降值结合CT图像分析对喷管扩散段绝热层坯料的内部主要缺陷特征进行了描述.将工业CT检测技术与制造工艺相结合,可及时发现缺陷并改进制品生产工艺,对提高制品质量有较大的实际意义.%Adopting industrial CT technology, the interal defect of the nozzle diffusion section of the blank layout winding with composite cloth belt was tested. Adopting industrial CT density values, density drop value combining CT image analysis, the nozzle diffusion period internal main defect feature were described. Combing industrial CT technology with manufacturing technology, the defects could be found in time and the production technology could be modified, the application had practical significance for improving the quality of the product.
