长纤维增强聚丙烯制备过程中纤维的断裂和分散

         

摘要

在长纤维增强热塑性塑料在线配混技术基础上,研究了长纤维在深螺槽挤出过程中断裂和分散的情况.研究发现,随着纤维含量的增加,基体黏度的增大,纤维直径的减小,纤维长度和分散度逐渐下降.随着螺杆转速的提高,加料速率的减小,螺槽深度的变浅,纤维断裂严重,而纤维分散度得以改善.纤维在挤出过程中发生随机断裂,设备-纤维之间的相互作用是纤维断裂的主要因素.%Fiber breakage .and dispersion during deep channel extrusion processing were studied based on direct processing-long fiber reinforced thermoplastics (D-LFT). The results showed that the fiber length and dispersion were decreased with increasing of fiber contents and matrix viscosity, and decreasing of the fiber diameter. The fiber length was broken heavily with screw speed increasing, feed rate decreasing and screw channel depth shallows, but the fiber dispersion was improved. Fiber occurred random breakage in the extrusion process, and the interaction between machinery and fiber was the key factor of fiber breaking.
