夜光环氧树脂/玻璃纤维复合材料研究

             

摘要

The night luminous agent was put into epoxy resin and night luminous epoxy resin / glass fibre composites were producted by multilayer pultrution. The night luminous property, water resistant luminous property and mechanical properties of the composites were researched. The results showed that when the content of night luminous agent around was 10phr and surface layer was about 0.10 mm thick, the composite had good long lasting phosphorescent property and water resistant, absorbing light energy in day and emiting light in night.%将夜光剂添加到环氧树脂(EP)中,采用多层复合拉挤成型制得了夜光EP/玻璃纤维复合材料,研究了复合材料的夜光性能、耐水发光性能及力学性能.结果表明,夜光剂的用量在10份左右、表层厚度为0.10 mm时,复合材料具有长余辉、耐水冲洗、黑夜白天交替的发光性能.
