工艺参数对ABS/铝粉共混制件力学性能的影响

         

摘要

The process parameters influencing mechanical properties of ABS/aluminum injection products were researched by orthogonal experiment. The parameters included melt temperature, holding time, packing pressure, injection pressure and high flash aluminum content, etc. According to the experimental results, influences of tensile strength and impact strength were analyzed by orthogonal multi-index comprehensive analytic, and the better process parameter was obtained.The results showed that melt temperature and aluminum powder content were the main influence factors to the mechanical properties.%对影响丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料/铝粉制件力学性能的熔体温度、保压时间、保压压力、注塑压力和高闪光铝含量等工艺参数采用正交实验方案进行试验研究.根据试验结果,利用正交试验综合法分析不同工艺参数对共混制件拉伸强度和冲击强度的影响水平,得出了一组较优的工艺参数组合.结果表明,熔体温度和铝粉含量是影响共混制件力学性能的主要因素.
