Long glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene composites were prepared by a self-developed in-line plastics processing equipment. The effects of breaker plate on the long glass fiber degradation and dispersion were studied, and the mechanical properties of the composites were also tested. The results showed that the breaker plates played an important role in the degradation of long glass fiber and dispersion of glass fiber bundles. However, the effect of the breaker plates was not obvious with increasing the fiber contents. The mechanical properties decreased at 10% fiber content by adding the breaker plate. However, at the 20% fiber contents the mechanical properties could be improved obviously.%采用自主研发的在线混合生产设备制备了长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料.研究了分流板在挤出加工过程中对纤维断裂和分散的影响,测定了复合材料的力学性能.结果表明,分流板的加入会使纤维断裂加剧并且有利于纤维束进一步分散,但是随着纤维含量的增加,这种影响变得不明显.当纤维含量为10%时,分流板的加入不利于复合材料性能的提高,而当纤维含量为20%时,复合材料的性能明显改善.
