微波材料的电磁参数测试方法

摘要

综述了微波材料电磁参数的测量方法,主要介绍了探头法、谐振腔法、自由空间法、单端口传输线法及传输/反射法等5种电磁参数测量方法的基本原理,比较了各种方法的优缺点.并对当前研究中存在的问题进行了讨论.%Testing methods of microwave material's electromagnetic parameters were reviewed, the basic principles of the electromagnetic parameters testing methods such as probe method, resonant cavity method, free space method, single port transmission line method, transmission/reflection method were mainly introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared. And the current problems existing in the research were discussed.
