Environmental-friendly flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced PBT engineering plastics which could meet the requirements of UL 94 V- 0 ( 0.8 mm ), non-buring with using 750℃ glow wire to contact materials within 30 s and the value of CTI up to 350 V were prepared by twin screw extruder. The effects of the content of different kinds of flame-retardant agents, glass fiber and toughening agent on the properties of PBT were studied. The results showed that blending three kinds of flame-retardant agents could greatly improve the flame-retardant efficiency, increased glow wire ignites temperature and CTI significantly. When the mass ratio of brominated epoxy / antimony trioxide was 16/5, and the content of nitrogen flame-retardant agent, phosphate flame-retardant agent and toughening agent was 25, 15 and 5 phr respectively, the comprehensive properties of PBT were best. The materials met the strict requirements of flame-retardant in the feild of electronic and electrical appliances especially electrical appliances with long term unattended entirely. The environmental-friendly flame-retardant reinforced PBT had been successfully used in the microwave oven timers shell and ignition etc..%采用双螺杆挤出机制备了一种可同时满足UL 94 V-0级(0.8 mm)、750C灼热丝接触材料30s内不起火且相比电痕化指数( CTI)达350V的环保阻燃玻璃纤维增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)工程塑料,研究了不同类型的阻燃剂复配用量、玻璃纤维含量及增韧剂用量对PBT性能的影响.结果表明,将三种不同类型的阻燃剂复配可大幅度提高PBT的阻燃效率,使阻燃PBT的灼热丝引燃温度和CTI得到明显提高.当溴化环氧阻燃剂/三氧化二锑质量比为16/5、氮系阻燃剂用量为25份、磷系阻燃剂用量为15份、增韧剂用量为5份时,阻燃增强PBT的综合性能最佳,完全满足电子电器特别是长期无人值守电器对所使用塑料件材料的苛刻阻燃要求.所研制的环保阻燃增强PBT已成功应用于微波炉定时器外壳和点火器等塑料件.
