PPE / PS / nano-SiO2 composites were prepared by melt blending. The structure and properties of the composites were studied by TEM, SEM, mechanical properties test and Hakke rheometer etc.. The results indicated that nano-SiO2 particles dispersed in PPE/PS matrix homogeneously and the size of particles increased with increase of nano-SiO2 content. With increase of nano-SiO2 content, the tensile strength, elongation at break and notched impact strength of PPE/PSano-SiO2 composites increased first and then decreased, flexural strength and glass transition temperature of the composites increased gradually, moreover, creep deformation of the composites decreased gradually.%通过熔融共混法制备了聚苯醚(PPE)/聚苯乙烯(PS)/纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)复合材料,并采用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、力学性能测试及Hakke流变仪等研究了复合材料的结构与性能.结果表明,纳米SiO2 均匀分散在PPE/PS基体中,粒径随着SiO2含量的增加而增大;随着纳米SiO2含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度呈现先增大后降低的趋势,弯曲强度和玻璃化转变温度逐渐增大,蠕变量则逐渐降低.
