基于Pro／E的饮水机端盖注塑模设计

摘要

The injection mold design of dispenser end cap was introduced.The volume and mass of plastic parts were calculated based on Pro∕E software,which not only guaranteed accuracy of mold,but also improved the efficiency of design. The structure of injection mold,and the design of components were introduced in detail.The related precautions during testing mold were also introduced.%介绍了饮水机端盖注塑模设计过程。利用Pro∕E软件对塑料件的体积和质量进行了计算，既保证了模具的精度，又提高了设计效率。对注塑模具结构、典型构件的设计进行了详细介绍，并介绍了试模过程中的注意事项。
