卤-锑阻燃体系对热塑性聚酯弹性体性能的影响

         

摘要

采用高分子型溴系阻燃剂溴化环氧树脂(EP-B)、溴化聚苯乙烯(PS-B)及小分子型溴系阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)协同Sb2O3作为卤–锑阻燃体系,研究卤–锑阻燃体系对热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)性能的影响。研究表明,当溴系阻燃剂的质量分数为18%时,均能使TPEE达到UL94 V–0级别,极限氧指数达到27%以上,EP-B, PS-B分别与DBDPE复配使用时的阻燃效果优于EP-B,PS-B单独使用时的阻燃效果;EP-B和PS-B与TPEE具有较好的相容性,两者分别与DBDPE复配时可改善DBDPE与TPEE的相容性;当溴系阻燃剂的质量分数为18%时, EP-B和PS-B分别与DBDPE复配使用,可减少单独使用DBDPE阻燃TPEE力学性能的下降程度;添加阻燃剂改变了TPEE的热失重过程,与EP-B,PS-B阻燃TPEE的残炭率相比,两者分别与DBDPE复配后,阻燃TPEE的残炭率下降约20%。%  With two polymeric brominated flame retardants brominated epoxy resin(EP-B) and brominated polystyrene(PS-B) and a new type of low molecular weight brominated flame retardant decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE) synchronized with antimony trioxide(Sb2O3) respectively as three halogen–antimony flame retardant systems,the effects of halogen–antimony flame retardant systems on thermoplastic polyester elastomer(TPEE) were discussed. The results show that when the mass fraction of brominated flame retardants is 18%,UL94 vertical burning of TPEE could reach V–0 level,the limit oxygen index could reach more than 27%,when EP-B and PS-B were compound with DBDPE respectively,the flame retardant efficiencies are better than that of the systems when they were used in TPEE alone. EP-B and PS-B had preferable compatibility with TPEE,when they were compound with DBDPE,the compatibility of DBDPE and TPEE could be improved. When the mass fraction of brominated flame retardants is 18%,EP-B and PS-B were compound with DBDPE respectively,the decline degree of mechanical properties of flame retardant TPEE modified with DBDPE alone could be reduced. The process of thermal weightlessness was changed by adding flame retardant, compare to flame retardant TPEE modified with EP-B and PS-B respectively,the carbon residue rate of flame retardant TPEE modified with compound flame retardants declined nearly 20%.
