一种非离子型抗静电剂的制备及应用研究

         

摘要

以极性马来酸酐(MAH)为桥联剂,将二乙醇胺(DEA)接枝到聚丙烯蜡(PPW)上,制得一种新型的抗静电剂(PPW-g-DEA)。研究了催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应温度和反应时间对合成产物性能的影响。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪对PPW,PPW-g-MAH,PPW-g-DEA的结构进行了表征,并对抗静电剂的抗静电性能进了测试。结果表明,合成反应的最佳反应条件为:PPW与DEA的物质的量之比为1∶1.2,催化剂的质量分数为0.2%,反应温度为140~145℃。利用PPW-g-DEA制得的聚丙烯薄膜具有良好的抗静电性能。%  A non-ionic antistatic agent of PPW-g-DEA was prepared by grafting diethanolamine (DEA) onto polypropylene wax (PPW) under using maleic anhydride(MAH) as coupling,and the effect of reaction conditions such as the amount of catalyst, ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on the product performance were studied. The structure of PPW,PPW-g-MAH and PPW-g-DEA were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analyzer,moreover,the antistatic properties of antistatic agent were determined. The results show that the optimum experimental conditions of PPW-g-DEA are with temperature of 145~150 ℃,the molar ratio of PPW∶DEA=1∶1.2 and mass fraction of catalyst of 0.2%. The PPW-g-DEA-containing polypropylene film has good antistatic properties.
