手柄双色注塑模设计

摘要

设计了一种特殊结构的手柄双色注塑模具。该模具有两个浇注系统：一个成型聚碳酸酯内芯，一个浇注热塑性弹性体包覆层。二次注射时不是将整个动模旋转180°，而是将动模活动镶件推出后再旋转180°。动模活动镶件由注塑机推出，再由油缸推动齿条，通过齿轮传动带动动模活动镶件旋转180°。实践证明，该模具动作稳定可靠，塑料件质量满足设计要求。%　　The bi-color injection mold for special structure handle was designed.The mold had two gating system:one using for molding PC inner core,another for molding TPE outer sphere.In the second injection,the movable core insert was released and then rotated 180° instead of the the movable die rotated 180°.Movable core insert pushed-off by injection machine,and then rotated 180° by the gear rack pushed by the oil cylinder.Practice proves that the movement of the mold is reliable,and the quality of the plastic parts can meet the design requirements.
