尼龙66基聚醚酯酰胺弹性体合成与表征

             

摘要

以尼龙(PA) 66盐、己二酸、端羟基聚四氢呋喃醚(PTMG)为原料,采用两步法合成了PA66基聚醚酯酰胺弹性体(PA66-co-PTMG),通过傅立叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振对其化学结构进行表征,用动态扫描量热分析和热失重分析研究其耐热性能,并测试了力学性能.结果表明,PA66硬段和PTMG软段发生了嵌段共聚反应;制备的PA66-co-PTMG的熔点约为240℃,热降解温度为300℃,在室温下冲击不断,是一种优良的耐热型热塑性弹性体.随PTMG含量的增加,PA66-co-PTMG的拉伸强度、弯曲弹性模量和硬度逐渐下降而断裂伸长率逐渐增加,因而可以通过调整软硬段的比例得到不同力学性能的弹性体,以满足不同条件的需求.%Taking nylon (PA) 66 salt,adipic acid and poly (tetramethylene-oxide glycol) (PTMG) as raw materials,poly (ether ester amide) elastomer based on PA66 (PA66-co-PTMG) was prepared by two step method.Chemical structure of the elastomer was characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR,thermal properties were measured by DSC and TG,mechanical properties were also tested.The results show that block copolymerization between PA66 hard segment and PTMG sott segment occurs.Melting point of the elastomer is about 240℃ and degradation temperature is 300℃,moreover,the elastomer doesn't break at room temperature under impact,which indicate that PA66-co-PTMG is a kind of excellent heat resistance type thermoplastic elastomer.Tensile strength,bending elastic modulus and Shore hardness of PA66-co-PTMG decreases and elongation at break increases with the content of PTMG increasing,so the elastomers with different mechanical properties can be gained through adjusting the ratio of soft segment and hard segment in order to meet the requirements of different conditions.
