微孔泡沫塑料制备工艺及其研究进展

摘要

介绍了微孔泡沫塑料的制备工艺,详细讨论了目前最常用的超饱和气体法中的间歇成型法、连续挤出成型法和注射成型法等3种成型工艺及研究现状.最后指出控制泡孔形态和尺寸是制备微孔泡沫塑料的关键,如何制备出泡孔尺寸小、泡孔密度大、泡孔均匀的微孔泡沫塑料是目前微孔发泡研究工作的主要目标.%Preparation processes of microcellular foam plastic were introduced,three kinds of forming processes of super saturated gas method including batch forming,continuous extrusion forming and injection forming and their research status were discussed in detail.Then,it was pointed out that controlling cell morphology and size are the key technology for preparing microcellular foam plastic,preparation of microcellular foam plastic with smaller cell,high foamable density and cell welldistribution is the main aim of the research work.for microcellular foaming.
