通过熔融浸渍工艺制备了长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料(LFT-PP),利用力学性能测试、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察等方法研究了玻纤含量对LFT-PP性能的影响.结果表明,当玻纤质量分数为50%时,复合材料力学性能最佳,其拉伸强度达到158.7 MPa,为纯PP的5.7倍;缺口冲击强度为52.6 kJ/m2,是纯PP的10.7倍.从SEM照片可以看出,玻纤与PP树脂有很好的相容性,使得复合材料具有极佳的力学性能.%Long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites(LFT-PP) were prepared by melt impregnating process.The influences of fiber content on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of LFT-PP were investigated through mechanical properties test,differential scanning calorimetry analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation.The results show that when the weight content of glass fiber is 50%,the tensile strength of LFT-PP reaches 158.7 MPa,which is 5.7 times higher than that of pure PP ; the notched impact strength reaches 52.6 kJ/m2,which is about 10.7 times higher than that of pure PP.SEM photograph shows that glass fibe is compatible with PP resin,which makes compesites have excellent mechanical propeties.
