The classification of potassium titanate whisker,the structure,performance and preparation of potassium hexatitanate whisker and its application on the polymer composites were introduced mainly. The research progress of strengthening and toughening effects of the potassium hexatitanate whisker on polymer composites was summarized emphatically.%主要介绍了钛酸钾晶须的分类、六钛酸钾晶须的结构及物理特性、制备方法以及其在高分子复合材料中的应用，重点综述了六钛酸钾晶须对高分子复合材料的增强增韧、耐磨耗作用等方面的研究进展。
