滚塑级PE-LLD和化学溶液的相容性测试

摘要

按照GB／T 22410–2008中的方法，测试了20多种常见的化学溶液和滚塑级线型低密度聚乙烯(PE-LLD)的相容性，结果表明，不同的化学溶液对PE-LLD的影响不同；同一化学溶液对不同测试项目的影响没有明显的规律；苯类和蒎烯类化学溶液不能使用滚塑级PE-LLD生产的容器盛装。%According to GB/T 22410–2008,the compatibility of more than 20 types common chemical solutions and rotomolding grade linear low density polyethylene(PE-LLD) were tested. The test results indicate that the effects of different chemical solutions on rotomolding grade PE-LLD is inconsistent,the effects of same chemical solutions on different test items have no obvious rule,benzene and pinene chemical solutions cannot be stored in container which are made from rotomolding grade PE-LLD.
