综述了聚合物/镀镍碳纤维(NiCF)导电复合材料的优点及其导电机理,介绍了该种导电复合材料的几种制备方法,包括单螺杆挤出机法、双螺杆挤出机法、密炼机法和Brabender塑化仪法,并详细地分析和总结了影响聚合物/NiCF导电复合材料导电性的NiCF长度、表面改性与分散、填充量以及加工工艺等因素。%The advantages and conductive mechanism of polymerickel-coated carbon fiber conductive composites were reviewed. The several preparation methods of the kind of conductive composites were introduced,which include single-screw extruder,twin-screw extruder,mixer method and Brabender plasti-corder. The effects such as the length,surface treatment and dispersion,addition amounts of the nickel-coated carbon fiber and processing technology on the conductivity of the conductive composites were discussed and summarized.
