汽车注塑件典型缺陷分析及其解决措施

汽车注塑件的缺陷影响产品的外观质量和使用性能。介绍了汽车注塑件的典型缺陷，如虎皮纹、表面复制不良、缩痕、熔接线和翘曲变形等，描述了注塑缺陷的特征，阐述注塑缺陷的产生机理，并结合实例，从产品结构、模具设计、注塑工艺和材料等方面提出改善措施。%The defects of automobile injection parts affect the appearance quality and the operation performance. The typical defects of automobile injection parts were introduced,such as tiger mark,poor surface replication,sink mark,weld line and deflection. The feature of these defects was described. The causes of these defects in the injection parts were analyzed. Solutions were proposed to eliminate these injection defects from four aspects of product structure,mold design,injection molding process and material,and some examples were also shown.
