聚氯乙烯/粉煤灰复合材料加工特性及性能研究

         

摘要

研究了粉煤灰粒径以及粉煤灰填充量对聚氯乙烯(PVC)/粉煤灰复合材料物料流动特性和力学性能的影响.结果表明,填充粒径为18 μm粉煤灰的PVC/粉煤灰复合材料的流变性优于填充粒径为48 μm粉煤灰的PVC/粉煤灰复合材料,利用粒径18 μm的粉煤灰制备的PVC/粉煤灰硬质板材的弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量和冲击强度分别比粒径48 μm的提高13%,11.2%和36.2%,利用粒径18 μm的粉煤灰制备的PVC/粉煤灰发泡板材的弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量和冲击强度分别比后者提高27.2%,36.3%和50.3%.此外,粉煤灰质量分数为30%时PVC/粉煤灰复合材料的流动性较好,易加工成型.%The relationships between thefluidity of powder, plate bending capacity and grain diameter offly ash, type of PVC, different contents offly ash in PVC/fly ash composites was studied. The results shows that comparing with thatfilled withfly ash whose grain diameter is 48 microns, the liquidity of PVC resinfilled withfly ash whose grain diameter is 18 microns is better, the flexural strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of hard board are increased by 13%, 11.2%, 36.2%, theflexural strength, flexural modulus and impact strength of foam board are increased by 27.2%, 36.3% and 50.3%. Besides, the liquidity of composite is better and easy to process, when the mass fraction offly ash is 30%.
