汽车油封盖内螺纹脱模机构及注塑模设计

         

摘要

A injection molud structure design was introduced which for a dome-shape car oil seal cover product that designed a deep internal thread interior;when the mould structure of car oil seal cover was designed,to be ensured the product could be demoulded smoothly after the product was injected,a inner shrinkage core block type of thread demoulding mechanism was designed which the threaded core part was separated into six blocks,and each one could be dragged to the central of major core;the characteristic of the ejection mechanism was the use of theory that different oblique angles resulted in different moving distance;so,according to a predetermined gap,six blocks were divided into two groups with a different angle,and the two groups had the different speed and distance when they were dragged toward the central at the same time,therefor the horizontal plane gap was produced because of unequal distance between the blocks,such that each block in the horizontal plane could be closer to the center with the product from the outer surface,the purpose of releasing the product was achieved;meanwhile, with the secondary ejection organization,the product was ejected from the central,automated injection moulding production of automotive oil cover products is realized.%介绍了一种圆盖状汽车油封盖产品的注塑模具结构设计,该产品内部设计有深牙内螺纹,为保证注塑后产品的顺利脱模,设计模具结构时,其螺纹型芯部分的设计采用了型芯块内缩式螺纹脱模机构设计,该脱模机构运用斜导槽角度不同所产生的侧抽芯距离不相等的机构设计原理,将型芯分割为六个下型芯分块,按其预定的内收距离大小分为两组,通过两组下型芯块在顶出时内收的速度和距离不同,在顶出结束时能实现两组下型芯块同时向中央收缩,但收缩距离不相等,因而相邻型芯块之间能产生运动间隙,使得各下型芯分块在水平面上都向中央靠拢,外侧面与产品脱离,从而实现产品脱模的目的;同时,配合以二次顶出机构从中央顶出产品,实现了产品的自动化注塑生产。
