3D scanning detection technology wasintroduced and compared with traditional touched three coordinate measurement. With sand mould as an example,the application and process of 3D scanning detection technology in the mold parts virtual assembly were presented in detail.%介绍了三维扫描检测技术，并与传统的接触式三坐标检测进行了对比。以某砂型模具例，介绍了三维扫描检测技术在模具零件虚拟装配中的应用及流程。
