塑料制品内部缺陷检测方法的研究

摘要

介绍了塑料制品的生产流程及可能存在的缺陷，对塑料制品的无损检测方式进行了探讨。以某玻纤增强尼龙制品为例，详述了红外无损检测和数字射线检测的原理及操作过程，对比分析了两种无损检测方法的检测结果，并得出结论：数字X射线无损检测方法对玻纤增强尼龙制品内部缺陷的检测是有效的。%Manufacturing process and possible defects of plastic products were talked about. Meanwhile two nondestructive testing methods applied on glass fiber reinforced nylon product,infrared thermography and digital radiographic testing were discussed,including princip les and operation processes of them. The detection results of these two kinds of nondestructive testing methods were compared and analyzed,leading to final conclusion:digital X-ray radiographic testing method is an effective method for detection of internal defects in glass fiber reinforced nylon products.
