应用于选择性激光烧结的结晶性高分子材料粉末的工艺评述

摘要

The process of selective laser sintering (SLS) of crystalline polymer material powder was reviewed in three aspects :the preparation process of polymer material powder,the compound modification process of polymer material powder and the SLS process for polymer material powder. In terms of the preparation process of the polymer material powder,the preparation method and basic requirements of polymer material powder were illustrated,the properties of the polymer material powder in SLS process were characterized,related equipments were introduced. In the polymer material powder composite process,the compound modification method and the purpose of the modification were described. In the SLS process of the polymer material powder,the influences of various parameters on the precision of the molded parts were expatiated.%从3个方面对结晶性高分子材料粉末在选择性激光烧结(SLS)的工艺进行评述,分别为高分子材料粉末的制备工艺、高分子材料粉末的复合改性工艺和高分子材料粉末的SLS工艺.其中在高分子材料粉末的制备工艺中对高分子材料粉末的制备方法和基本要求,以及高分子材料粉末在SLS工艺中的性能表征及使用的仪器设备等进行了介绍;在高分子材料粉末复合工艺中对复合改性方法和改性目的进行了叙述;在高分子材料粉末的SLS工艺中对影响成型件精度的各种参数进行了阐述.
