法兰盖滑块脱模机构及注塑模具设计

             

摘要

According to the complex structure of flange cap,a two-plate mold designed with the layout of the two cavity could be opened for two times. In order to realize the demoulding requirements of different characteristics during demoulding,5 different core pulling and demoulding mechanisms were designed,It included T groove driving oblique slider core pulling and demoulding mechanism,slider driven T groove inclined slider core pulling and releasing mechanism,slide guide core pulling and demoulding mechanism for inclined guide pillar,Half slider double inclined guide column slide core pulling and releasing mechanism,spring driven slide block core pulling and demoulding mechanism. Especially the design of the core pulling slider mechanism designed on the sideslip block,it provided a new idea for the design of side pulling slider mechanism.%针对法兰盖结构复杂的特点,设计了布局为一模二腔的分两次开模的两板模具;针对产品脱模时各种不同特征的脱模需要,设计了5种不同类型的抽芯脱模机构,包括T型槽驱动斜滑块抽芯脱模机构、滑块驱动T型槽斜滑块抽芯脱模机构、斜导柱滑块抽芯脱模机构、Half滑块双斜导柱滑块抽芯脱模机构、弹簧驱动滑块抽芯脱模机构,特别是在侧滑块体上设计的先抽芯滑块机构,为侧抽芯滑块机构的设计提供了一种新的思路.
