红外光谱技术检验汽车保险杠塑料

         

摘要

In order to establish a method for detecting bumper plastic evidence in traffic accidents rapidly and obtain information of automobiles in hit-and-run incidents,53 plastics automobile bumper samples of different typological automobiles which made by different manufacturers were collected and determined by infrared spectroscopy. According to the result of the qualitative analysis,the main organic components of all samples are polypropylene. However,the inorganic additives are different. The number of samples in which without additive,talcum powder as additive,mixtures of talcum powder and calcium carbonate as additives is 4,30 and 19,respectively. From the semi-quantitative perspective,the ranges of values forA670/A1376 andA1016/A2917 are 0.5280 - 1.4681 and 1.5350 - 3.9334 respectively in the samples with talcum powder;the ranges of values forA670/A1376,A1016/A2917,A876/A1376 andA876/A2917 are 0.2890 - 1.2736,0.8851 - 2.6423,0.0405 - 0.9250 and 0.0101 - 0.2532 respectively in the samples with talcum powder and calcium carbonate. Furthermore,automobile bumpers can be distinguished through mensurating the ratios of characteristic peaks area. Consequently,bumpers made by different manufactures can be distinguished through analyzing the main components and relative content of additives in samples by the infrared spectrum technology.%为建立交通事故现场遗留的汽车保险杠塑料物证的快速检验方法及推断肇事逃逸车辆的信息,采集了53个不同厂家、不同车型的汽车保险杠塑料样品,用红外光谱法对样品中的主要成分进行定性和半定量分析.定性分析结果表明,所有样品的主要有机成分均为聚丙烯;但样品中添加的无机助剂的种类有差异,其中不添加助剂的样品4个、滑石粉为助剂的样品30个、滑石粉和碳酸钙的混合物为助剂的样品19个.半定量分析结果表明,对于以滑石粉为助剂样品,A670/A1376和A1016/A2917值的范围分别为0.5280~1.4681和1.5350~3.9334;对于以滑石粉和碳酸钙为助剂的样品,A670/A1376,A1016/A2917,A876/A1376,A876/A2917值的范围分别为0.2890~1.2736,0.8851~2.6423,0.0405~0.9250,0.0101~0.2532,即测定特征峰面积的比值可以进一步区分汽车保险杠.因此,红外光谱技术分析汽车保险杠塑料主要成分的种类及相对含量,可以较好地区分不同厂家汽车的保险杠.
