车用聚丙烯材料线性膨胀系数的影响因素分析

         

摘要

The influence factors of linear expansion coefficient (CLTE) of automotive polypropylene materials and the methods to reduce the CLTE were reviewed. CLTE mainly depended on the crystallinity of polypropylene resin,size and morphology of elastomer and filler,and the nucleating agent,et al. The results indicate that the CLTE can be decreased by many ways,including improving the crystallinity and orientation of polypropylene resin,reducing the size of elastomer,forming the bicontinuous structure between PP and elastomer,adding inorganic filler and nucleating agent. At last,the future research trend of thermal expansion coefficeint of polypropylene materials is prospected.%综述了车用聚丙烯(PP)材料线性膨胀系数(CLTE)的主要影响因素及降低CLTE的方法.CLTE主要取决于PP树脂的结晶性、弹性体的大小及形态、填料的大小及形态和成核剂等.发现提高PP树脂结晶性和取向;降低弹性体的粒径,使弹性体与PP基体形成双连续结构;添加无机填料和成核剂可降低CLTE.最后对PP材料CLTE的研究方向进行了展望.
