偶联剂及相容剂对连续纤维增强聚丙烯性能的影响

         

摘要

以聚丙烯(PP)为基体树脂,玻璃纤维与丙纶纤维混纺织物作为增强体,制备成连续纤维增强热塑性树脂基复合材料.为了改善树脂和纤维之间的界面作用以提升复合材料的综合性能,以KH550,KH560,KH570三种硅烷偶联剂对纤维进行表面处理,并采用马来酸酐接枝PP (PP-g-MAH)相容剂与PP共混改性进行对比.分别对复合材料进行常规力学性能、吸水性能、硬度测试,结合扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料断面形貌,分析了各种处理剂对纤维和树脂间作用的改善情况.结果表明,经过KH550偶联剂处理纤维后制备的复合材料界面改善效果明显,得到的复合材料力学性能最佳.%Glass fiber and polypropylene fiber blended fabrics were used as reinforcements,and polypropylene was used as matrix resin to prepare continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin matrix composites. In order to improve the interfacial interaction between the resin and the fiber,and to improve the overall performance of the composites,KH550,KH560,KH570 silane coupling agents and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) were used as treated agents. The normal mechanical properties,water-absorbing properties,and hardness of the composites were tested,the cross-sectional morphology of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the compatibility of the various treated agents for fiber-resin interactions was analyzed. The results show that the interface effect of the composites prepared after the treatment of fiber with KH550 coupling agent is obvious,and the mechanical properties of the composites obtained by this treatment method are the best.
