电磁治疗仪盖多侧孔特征抽芯机构及注塑模具设计

         

摘要

Combined with the demoulding needs of electromagnetic therapy instrument cover with various side holes char-acteristics,the two plate type side gate injection mould with three parting surfaces,6 different demoulding mechanisms and mould opening control mechanism with three parting surfaces were designed. Through the sequence control of opening mould mechanism, the core pulling function of the four kinds of front mould first core pulling mechanisms and the core pulling function of the two kinds of rear mould core pulling mechanisms were realized. The final ejection of plastic parts is realized through ejector rod of injection machine pushing angle ejector rod and ejector pin. The layout of the mould structure is reasonable,practical and reliable,the design of the mechanism is exquisite,simple and practical,which effectively reduces the injection production cost of the product and pro-vide reference for injection mold design of similar plastic parts.%结合电磁治疗仪盖塑料件多种侧孔特征的脱模需要,设计了一种两板式三次分型侧浇口注塑模具、6种不同脱模机构及三次分型的开模控制机构,通过开模机构的顺序控制,实现了4种前模先抽芯机构的抽芯功能及2种后模先抽芯机构的抽芯功能.塑料件的最终顶出通过注塑机顶杆推动斜顶杆及顶针来实现.模具的结构布局合理,实用可靠,机构设计构思精巧,简单实用,有效降低了塑料件的注塑生产成本,可为同类塑料件的注塑模具设计提供有益借鉴.
