分散剂对PA6纤维蓝色母粒着色性能的影响

         

摘要

Blue masterbatch for fiber was prepared by spinning grade PA6 as carrier resin,phthalocyanine blue 9680,K7090, BGSP-3SD as pigments,A-C540A,AClyn295A and A-C6A as dispersants. The coloring properties of the materials were measured by Datacolor colorimeter,and the dispersibility of the pigments was observed by optical microscope. The influence of three pigments of phthalocyanine blue and three dispersants on the coloring property and dispersion of PA6 fiber master batch were studied. The results showed that the coloring strength of the three pigments was not much different,and the dispersion of phthalocyanine blue 9680 was relatively good. The dispersant A-C540A was more suitable for the coloring of PA6 fiber stock solution. When the addition amount was 7%,the coloring force was 119.73%,and the coloring performance was improved obviously.%以纺丝级聚酰胺(PA)6为载体树脂,酞菁蓝9680,K7090,BGSP-3SD为颜料,A-C540A,AClyn295A, A-C6A为分散剂制备纤维用蓝色母粒,并将制得的蓝色母粒用于PA6着色.用Datacolor测色仪测定材料的着色性能,用光学显微镜观察颜料的分散性,研究了三种颜料及三种分散剂对PA6纤维母粒色彩性能及分散性的影响.结果表明,三种颜料的着色力度相差不大,其中酞菁蓝9680分散相对较好;分散剂A-C540A相对更适用于PA6纤维原液着色,当其添加量为7%时,着色力达到119.73%,着色性能提高显著.
