串联战斗部前级的环形切割器优化设计

         

摘要

In order to improve the damage capacity of missile, the annular cutter will be equipped in the front of warhead. The numerical simulation was used to optimize the design of annular cutter, and the range cut test was used to investigate its damage effect. The results showed that the cut effect of the annular cutter optimized on 80mm thick target was significant and its cut effect on 40mm thick targets was strong at 30° attack angle. The conclusions provided reference for new tandem warhead design.%为提高导弹的毁伤能力,拟在战斗部前端加装环形切割器.通过数值模拟对环形切割器进行了优化设计,通过靶场试验对环形切割器的毁伤效果进行了检验.结果表明,优化设计的环形切割器对80mm厚靶板切割效果显著,环形切割器在30°攻角下对40mm靶板具有很强的切割效果.研究结论为新型串联战斗部的设计提供了参考.
