电厂烟囱及主厂房控制爆破拆除

         

摘要

介绍了电厂100m高钢筋混凝土烟囱和50m高厂房定向倒塌爆破拆除技术.针对烟囱和厂房高度、周围环境及结构特点,对爆破方案进行了精心设计;经过计算,选取了合理的爆破切口和爆破参数;采用延时控制爆破技术,同时对烟囱和厂房进行了爆破拆除.通过安全校核及安全防护措施,确保了附近建(构)筑物的安全%Directional collapse blasting demolition technology of a lOOm-high reinforced concrete chimney and a 50m-high workshop in the Power Plant were introduced. According to height of the chimney and the workshop and their surrounding environment and structural characteristics, the blasting scheme was designed carefully. The reasonable blasting cut and blasting parameters were selected by calculation. The chimney and the workshop were demolished by millisecond delay controlled blasting technology at the same time. The security checking and safety protection measures were adopted to ensure the safety of nearby buildings.
