深基坑临时支撑控制爆破拆除数值分析

     

摘要

采用数值模拟的方法,研究了深基坑临时支撑拆除爆破过程中,应力波在支撑和地下墙中的传播规律以及结构的损伤规律.为了保护地下墙的安全,提出在支撑和地下墙交界处设置能量隔离孔,并模拟分析了能量隔离孔对冲击波能量的隔离作用;计算了不同单孔药量下支撑和地下墙的损伤,确定了最佳单孔药量.在数值模拟结果指导下,对上海五号沟泵站基坑临时支撑实施了爆破拆除,爆破效果与模拟结果相吻合.%Propagation laws of stress waves in the braces and underground walls and damage laws of the structures were studied by numerical simulation in the process of blasting demolition temporary braces in the deep foundation pit. In order to protect the safety of underground walls, energy isolation holes were installed in the joint between the braces and underground walls in the numerical model, isolation effect of them to shock wave energy was calculated, damage of the braces and underground walls was also calculated under different charge quantity of single hole, and optimal charge quantity of single hole was confirmed.Under the guidance of the numerical simulation results, temporary braces in the deep foundation pit of shanghai pumping station 5 were demolished successfully by controlled blasting. Blasting effect agrees with numerical results.
