浅海爆炸切割时水中冲击波传播及安全措施

             

摘要

Explosive demolition has high risks when the explosive areas located in shallow sea or shallow land. Explosion cutting process of abandoned oil wells in shallow sea was simulated numerically by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The relations of water surface pressure, particle velocity with time were gained. Moreover, the relations of water pressure with water depth were also gained. Combining actual engineering operation with technical analysis, stress distribution laws to explosive cutting of abandoned oil wells in shallow sea were studied from the aspect of blasting construction, and safe measures of the blasting construction in shallow sea were put forward. All of which provide practical experience and technical support for safe blasting under complex sea environment.%对于浅海或浅滩的作业区域,爆炸拆除作业具有较高的危险性.通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA对浅海废弃油井水下爆炸切割进行数值模拟,分析得到水面应力、质点速度随时间的变化关系,同时获取了水深与应力的关系.将实际工程操作与技术分析相结合,从爆破施工角度研究了浅海废弃油井爆炸切割时应力分布规律,并给出浅海中安全施工措施,为复杂海洋环境下实施安全爆破提供了实践经验与技术支持.
