基于AHP的大坝防恐安全风险评价方法探讨

         

摘要

Based on the distribution and function characteristics of the reservoir dams in our country, the overview of dams, destructive ways of terrorist attack, the consequences of dam break were used as factors to evaluation attacked dam safety risk grade. Multi-criteria decision of analytic hierarchy process was used for dam in safety risk assessment, the weight value sorting of each index which influenced dam terrorist attack was obtained, and a quantitative calculation formula for against terrorism safety risk assessment was provided. Finally, the method's feasibility was discussed by an engineering example of Shibi-anyu reservoir dam.%根据我国水库大坝的分布及功能特点,将水库大坝的概况、恐怖袭击破坏方式、溃坝后果作为评价水库大坝受袭破坏安全风险评价因素.运用多准则决策的层次分析法(AHP),进行了水库大坝的防恐安全风险评价,得到了影响水库大坝恐怖袭击的各项指标的权重值排序,提出了大坝防恐安全风险评价定量计算公式.最后,通过石砭峪水库大坝工程实例探讨了防恐安全评价方法的可行性.
