钢板夹芯防爆墙防护效应的影响因素

         

摘要

研究防爆墙的防护效应,使其更为有效地降低爆炸冲击波对目标的破坏作用,设计了钢板夹聚氨酯和钢板夹混凝土两种防爆墙。利用一维应力波理论分析比较了两种防爆墙的防护能力,借助 ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件讨论了不同墙高、爆距及测距对防爆墙防护效应的影响。研究表明:钢板夹芯的防爆墙芯材刚度越小,防护效应越好,且芯材会影响高压区形成的位置;防护率与墙后测点并无明显的数学关系,但各点防护率都围绕某一固定值上下波动,且该固定值随墙高的增加而增大;防护率(均值)随着墙高的增加而增大,且增幅也随之增大;防护率(均值)随爆距的增大而均匀减小,且减小的幅度与墙高呈负相关。%Studying the protective effect of the explosion proof wall to make it more effective to reduce the target damage of explosion shock wave,two kinds of explosion proof walls that polyurethane explosion proof wall and concretes explosion proof wall were designed.The protection ability of two explosion proof walls were compared by one dimensional wave impedance the-ory.The protection effect of the explosion proof walls with different height,blasting distance and measurement distance were researched through ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The research result showed that,the protective effect was better when the stiffness of core material was decreased,the core material would affect the forming location of high pressure zone.There was no obvious math relationship between the protection rate and the measuring point,but the protection rate of each point fluctua-ted around a fixed value,the fixed value increased with the wall height raised.The protection rate increased with wall height raised and the amplification also increased.The protection rate (mean)decreased with blast distance increased,and the amplifi-cation had negative correlation of the amplitude of reduced with the wall height.
