海绵钛还原过程余热回收初步探析

         

摘要

At home and abroad, the mainly method of the titanium sponge production is magnesium reduction-vacuum distillation method (also known as Kroll method or combined method).In this method, the reduction -distillation and magnesium electrolysis are two main energy -consuming processes.Our steel and other energy-consumption companies have already done a lot of fruitful work in recycling the waste heat resources, but we do not recycle the waste heat resource in titanium sponge reduction process.On the basis of the waste heat air resource of the reduction process, the research u-ses the thermodynamic test to calculate and analyze the parameters of air in the reduction process.Ac-cording to the generation and distribution of waste heat resource, the experimental study on the heat pipe heat exchanger and tube heat exchanger was carried out.After comprehensive comparison, the use of tube heat exchanger for waste heat recovery in industrial application was recommended.%国内外海绵钛生产主要是镁还原-真空蒸馏法(又称Kroll法或联合法),其中还原-蒸馏和镁电解是两个主要耗能工序。我国在钢铁和其他高能耗企业的余热回收利用方面都已进行了卓有成效的工作,但对海绵钛还原过程的余热资源并未进行回收利用。文中以还原过程余热空气资源为研究对象,对其进行热工测试,计算分析还原过程中余热空气的散热参数。根据余热资源产生和分布规律,分别采用列管换热器和热管换热器进行回收试验研究。综合对比后,在工业应用中建议采用列管换热器进行余热回收利用。
