首秦高炉使用钢铁厂固废热固红泥砖的工业实践

         

摘要

首秦公司生产中产生的固废资源,大部分被用到烧结生产中直接回收利用,另外的配加2% ~3%的皂土和焦末烧制成转鼓40%左右的热固红泥砖供炼钢作为冷却剂使用.而炼钢过程冷却剂使用量有限,为了在钢铁厂全部处理固废资源,在含有害元素较高的固废资源分别配加4%~5%焦末和皂土制成转鼓50%左右的供高炉直接使用的热固红泥砖,高效、低成本地实现了在钢铁厂内全部处理产生中产生的固废资源.%At shouqin company,a part of the solid wastes returned to sintering process to recycle,others with addition of 2% ~ 3% bentonite and coke breeze were burned to bricks with 40% drum strength as the steelmaking coolant.In this case,there were surplus solid wastes.Therefore,it was planned that the surplus wastes were made into bricks with about 50% drum strength as BF materials and powers returned to sintering process.Finanlly,the bricks were directly delivered into BF and avoided secondary processing.
