首秦高炉使用钢铁厂固废热固红泥砖的工业实践

摘要

首秦公司生产中产生的固废资源,大部分被用到烧结生产中直接回收利用,另外的配加2％ ～3％的皂土和焦末烧制成转鼓40％左右的热固红泥砖供炼钢作为冷却剂使用.而炼钢过程冷却剂使用量有限,为了在钢铁厂全部处理固废资源,在含有害元素较高的固废资源分别配加4％～5％焦末和皂土制成转鼓50％左右的供高炉直接使用的热固红泥砖,高效、低成本地实现了在钢铁厂内全部处理产生中产生的固废资源.%At shouqin company,a part of the solid wastes returned to sintering process to recycle,others with addition of 2％ ～ 3％ bentonite and coke breeze were burned to bricks with 40％ drum strength as the steelmaking coolant.In this case,there were surplus solid wastes.Therefore,it was planned that the surplus wastes were made into bricks with about 50％ drum strength as BF materials and powers returned to sintering process.Finanlly,the bricks were directly delivered into BF and avoided secondary processing.
