不同条件对煤在梯度燃烧炉内流场的影响研究

         

摘要

文章研究了在冷态条件下不同结构参数和操作条件对煤在梯度燃烧炉内流场的影响,如不同风口角度,不同风量等的影响.试验用PIV激光仪对直径300mm的梯度燃烧炉内煤粉颗粒的速度分布进行了研究,结果表明在风口角度为16°,一次风口风量0.3667 m3/min和二次风口风量1.4667 m3/min时,煤粉在炉内停留时间最长,燃烧时间充分,梯度燃烧炉工作效率最高,大量实验数据为下一步热态试验进一步优化梯度燃烧炉结构和操作参数提供基础.%The effects of different structural parameters and operating conditions on the flow field of coal in gradient combustion furnace were studied under cold conditions, such as the angles of tuyere and different air volume.The velocity distribution of pulverized coal particles in gradient combustion furnace with diameter of 300mm was studied by PIV laser.The results show that when the tuyere angle is 16 °,the primary air volume is 0.3667m3/min and the secondary air volume is 1.4667 m3/min, there is the longest residence time of the pulverized coal,the full combustion time,the highest efficien-cy of the gradient burner in the furnace.And the large number of experimental data provide the basis for further optimizing the structure and operating parameters of the gradient burner for the next thermal test.
