油浸变压器的变压法真空干燥及真空注油控制系统

摘要

介绍了真空干燥注油罐系统及真空系统，采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制变压法真空干燥及真空注油，系统由温度传感器、液位传感器等测量系统实时数据，将处理后的数据传至数据库，监控系统实现主要工艺参数的自动检测和数据处理，人机界面显示变压法真空干燥及真空注油工艺流程图，并具有报警及安全防护功能。运行结果表明，该系统加快了油浸变压器的干燥和注油生产过程，干燥效果好，注油过程优，故障率低。%Introduction was made to the vacuum drying and oiling tank system. This paper adopted voltage transformation vacuum drying and vacuum oiling controlled by a programmable logic controller. The temperature sensor and liquid level sensor measured the system’s real-time data, and then the system transmitted the disposed data to the database. The monitoring system realized the main process parameters automatic detection and data processing. The man-machine interface displayed the vacuum drying and vacuum oiling process lfow diagram of voltage transformation method, with the functions of alarm protection and safety protection. The operating result shows that this system speeds up the oil-immersed transformer drying and oiling productive process with good drying effect, excellent oiling process and low failure rate.
