动态下高速镀锌工艺的研究

     

摘要

The high speed electrogalvanizing process was optimized and the effects of technological parameters on the performances of coating, including black patina resistance, micro-morphology and degree of orientation of crystal face, were investigated by SEM and XRD analyses in dynamic state respectively. The best process conditions were determined as: concentration of zinc ion 120 g/L, flow rate 3. 2 m/s, pH 2. 2, 50 A/dm2, 40 ℃.%对高速镀锌工艺进行了优化,并通过SEM及X射线衍射等方法分别研究了动态条件下镀锌的工艺参数对镀层微观形貌、结晶取向度以及耐黑变性能的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:Zn2+ 120 g/L,流速3.2 m/s,pH值2.2,50 A/dm2,40℃.
