涤纶织物化学复合镀Ni-Fe-Co-P/TiO2纳米微粒的研究

     

摘要

采用化学复合镀技术在涤纶织物表面制备Ni-Fe-Co-P/TiO2复合镀层,讨论了TiO2纳米微粒的质量浓度对镀层形貌、成分及晶体结构的影响,确定其质量浓度在4~6 g/L时,镀液稳定,镀层形貌较好.对Ni-Fe-Co-P/TiO2纳米微粒复合镀层的电磁波屏蔽效能和红外发射率进行了测试.结果表明:在20~1 500 MHz频率范围内,电磁波屏蔽效能最高可达80 dB;复合镀层的红外发射率值很低,仅为0.333,较涤纶织物本身0.906低很多,可以在红外隐身中有一定应用.%An electroless composite coating of (Ni-Fe-Co-P) /T1O2 nanoparticles on PET fabric was prepared by electroless composite plating process. The nano addition volume on the morphology, composition and crystal structure of the coating was discussed. It was determined that when the dosage was 4~6 g/L, the bath stability and deposit morphology were better. The electromagnetic shielding performance and infrared emissivity of the (Ni-Fe-Co-P)/TiO2 composite coating were also tested. The results show that its electromagnetic shielding performance can be up to 80 dB in 20~ 1500 MHz frequency range. The infrared emissivity of the TiO2 composite coatings is very low, only 0. 333. Compared with the value 0. 906 of polyester fabric itself, this value is much lower, so it has certain applications in infrared stealth.
