微生物吸附材料的制备及处理含Cr(VI)废水的研究

         

摘要

A gradual domestication method with a low mass concentration Cr(VI) solution was used in the experiment. A strain of microorganism, which was selected from the activated sludge of electroplating factory and could effectively adsorb Cr(VI) was prepared by gradual domestication method. From individual and group morphological identification, the germ was identified as alternaria, which, after cultured, was prepared into a microbio-sorbent material by using different pretreatment methods for treating an analog Cr(VI) containing wastewater. The experiment shows that the optimal adsorption conditions are: Ph 2. 0, time 105 min, dosage 3.0g, temperature 35℃ and the microbio-sorbent was processed with 0.1 mol/L NaOH.Under such conditions, a wastewater containing 50 mg/L of Cr(VI) can be treated up to the national integrated wastewaterdischarge standards.%实验采用低质量浓度的Cr(VI)溶液逐级驯化方法,从电镀厂活性污泥中筛选出一株有效吸附Cr(VI)的微生物,经个体、群体形态鉴定,该茵为交链包霉.将该茵扩大培养后采用不同的预处理方法制备成微生物吸附材料,用于处理模拟含铬废水.实验表明:经0.1 mol/L的NaOH处理后的吸附剂对Cr(VI)吸附能力较强,在pH值为2.0,吸附时间为105 min,吸附剂投加量为3.0g,吸附温度为35℃的条件下,处理含质量浓度为50 mg/L的Cr(VI)废液可达到国家污水综合排放标准.
