电镀废水处理技术与实践

         

摘要

用次氯酸钠溶液和双氧水组合的方法处理含氰废水,效果好且成本低.可以用双氧水处理含镍废水中的氰化物,但不能使用次氯酸钠溶液,在碱性条件下Ni2+被次氧酸钠氧化生成Ni(OH)3沉淀.设置两个中和池,在一级中和池中加入石灰处理掉约90%的废酸,同时在二级中和池中加入石灰处理剩余的废酸.在二级中和池中用pH自动控制系统控制石灰的加入量,保证排放水的浊度达到标准.%Electroplating wastewater containing cyanide was treated with combined treatment method of sodium hypochlorite solution and hydrogen peroxide, the treatment effect was better and the cost lower. Cyanide contained in nickel plating wastewater could be treated with hydrogen peroxide, but the treatment can't be carried out with sodium hypochlorite solution, because Ni2+ would be oxidized by sodium hypochlorite to form Ni(OH), deposit under alkaline condition. Build two neutralizing tanks, lime was added to the first tank to treat 90 % of waste acid, and simultaneously lime was added to the second tank to treat the residuary waste acid. Quantity of the lime added was automatically controlled by pH control system, which was installed in the second tank to ensure the turbidity of the treated wastewater satisfies the standard.
