The effects of lactic acid, potassium sodium tartrate, boric acid and sodium citrate on the deposition rate of electroless Ni-P plating on aluminum alloy were studied,and the bonding strength and corrosion resistance of the Ni-P coating on aluminum alloy were also investigated. On this basis, the suitable technological conditions were determined. The Ni-P coating on aluminum alloy obtained according to the above process exhibits a good surface quality, a higher bonding strength and an improved corrosion resistance.%研究了乳酸、酒石酸钾钠、硼酸和柠檬酸钠等对铝合金化学镀Ni-P沉积速率的影响,并对镀层的结合强度以及耐蚀性等方面进行了考察,确定了合适的工艺条件.根据该工艺制备的Ni-P镀层具有良好的表面质量和较高的结合强度,提高了基体的耐蚀性.
