摩擦辅助电化学沉积技术的研究进展

摘要

论述了摩擦辅助电化学沉积技术的作用机理；从电化学沉积行为特性和沉积层的形貌、织构与性能两方面着手,综述了该项技术的研究成果；概述了该项技术在工程领域中的应用,并展望了未来的发展趋势.%The mechanism of abrasion-assisted electrodeposition is discussed; its research achievements are reviewed from two aspects of electrodeposition behavior characteristics as well as deposit morphology, microstructure and properties; its applications in engineering field are summarized, and its future development trend also prospected.
