镀液中Fe元素对Ni-Fe-P合金镀层阻垢耐蚀性的影响

     

摘要

通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析了Ni-Fe-P合金镀层的表面质量,通过浸泡试验测试了其阻垢性,并通过电化学方法比较了Ni-Fe-P合金镀层与Ni-P合金镀层的耐蚀性.结果表明:硫酸亚铁的质量浓度为0.2 g/L时制备的Ni-Fe-P合金镀层具有更加均匀、致密的胞状物结构,晶粒度更加细小,表现出更加优异的阻垢性和耐蚀性.%The surface quality of Ni-Fe-P alloy coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the anti-scaling performance was tested by means of immersion test.Furthermore,the corrosion resistance of Ni-Fe-P alloy coating and Ni-P alloy coating was investigated using electrochemical method.Result showed that,when the mass concentration of ferrous sulfate was 0.2 g/L,the Ni-Fe-P alloy coating has more uniform and dense cellular structure,the grain size was even smaller,and the anti-scaling performance and corrosion resistance were more excellent.
