分别采用两种镀液配方制备Ni-Fe-P镀层.通过扫描电镜对两种镀层的表面形貌进行了观察,通过EDS和XRD对两种镀层的成分及结构进行了分析,通过极化曲线和交流阻抗比较了两种镀层的抗氢氟酸腐蚀性能.结果表明:两种镀层中Fe元素的质量分数分别为0.405%和4.040%,P元素的质量分数差别不大,两种镀层均为非晶态结构;镀层中Fe元素的质量分数较高时,镀层表现出更好的抗氢氟酸腐蚀性能,这与镀层中Fe元素质量分数高及镀层更为致密有关.%Ni-Fe-P coatings were prepared with two kinds of bath.The surface morphology of two coatings was observed by scanning electron microscope,and the composition and microstructure were analyzed by EDS and XRD.Moreover,the corrosion resistance of two coatings in hydrofluoric acid was investigated through polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscope.Results showed that the mass fraction of Fe element in two coatings was 0.405% and 4.040%,respectively.However,the mass fraction of P element was not different.Two coatings were both amorphous structure.The coating with a higher mass fraction of Fe element exhibited better corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid,which was related to higher mass fraction of Fe element in the coating and the coating was more compact.
