倾角传感器在FPSO液位监控中的应用

摘要

Single-point mooring FPSO wil present rol ing by the impact of wind force and current force.The rol ing wil result in liquid level fluctuation in the secondary separator and affect the stability of the production process.This paper described a new project,using the inclinometer to revise the liquid level fluctuation according to“south sea development”FPSO process control system on southeast china sea.%　　单点系泊FPSO受风浪影响，FPSO产生左右横摇，导致FPSO生产系统中的二级分离器液位波动，影响了整个生产流程的稳定。本文以“南海开拓”号FPSO上的二级分离器为研究对象，提出利用倾角传感器修正液位的波动，从而保证整个生产流程的稳定。
