智能点滴控制系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

静脉输液监测对保障病人输液安全意义重大。本文设计了一种基于单片机的智能点滴病房呼叫系统,采用单片机作为主控制器,由红外发射和接收管检测液滴,并用动态扫描法实现LED数字显示。由电子称重传感器监测液面的变化,然后由高精度称重传感器HX711将重力值转换成电压,传送到单片机处理报警。实验证明本系统集声、光、数显示为一体,可以对病人的输液情况进行实时有效的监测报警,避免医疗事故的发生。%Venous infusion monitoring is of great significance to protect the patient transfusion safety.An intel igent drip control system based on single chip microcomputer is proposed in this paper,which uses MCU as the main control er,transmits and receives tubes droplet by infrared,and uses dynamic scanning method to achieve LED digital display.The electronic weighing sensor is applied to monitor the liquid level changes,then the gravity value is converted to a voltage by high-precision weighing sensor HX711,and is transmitted to the microcontrol er for alarm.The experiment results show that the system set sound,light,digital display as a whole system,it can infusion on patients of alarm monitoring real-time effectively and prevent the occurrence of medical accidents.
